I started Radio Age in 1998 and in 2001 established a partnership with Mel Wattles, the wonderfully talented radio restoration specialist and owner of Radio Renewal. Our goal is to provide the highest quality and most interesting antique radios available on the internet. We specialize in American radios from the 1930s-1950s with a focus in radios with the Art Deco design style. We feel these particular radios represent a wonderful world of collectibles that is both beautiful and historic.

My professional career is in the field of research and development in cancer immunology. I have a Ph.D. in molecular and cell biology and am currently involved in medical writing and data analysis in clinical research. In addition, I operate Blue Wind Web Design, specializing in websites for musicians and composers.
